PROMISE 1
Lock in Your Build Price with Complete Confidence
Enjoy cost certainty with a fixed-price build contract, plus free quotes and a development feasibility assessments to help you make informed decisions from day one. Whether you’re building a new home or starting a development, you can plan with clarity and control.

Fixed price contracts only apply to sites with less than 1.5m of fall-sloping or complex sites will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Free quotes and feasibility are based on standard designs plans available on the Friday Homes website and local site conditions.
All plans remain the property of Friday Homes and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
Changes to the agreed scope may result in variations and require a revised price agreement.
PROMISE 2
Guaranteed Build Time or Your Money Back
Time is valuable, which is why we guarantee on-time delivery of your new home. When we agree on a timeframe, we stick to it. And if we don’t deliver on time, you’ll get money back - its as simple as that.

Timeframe is agreed upon at contract signing. For example, a 150m² single-storey home may have a 5-month timeframe.
Delay payments are 5% of the total build cost per year, paid weekly. For example, a $500,000 build = $25,000/year or $481/week.
The build timeframe starts after foundations are completed and the foundation invoice is paid.
Ends at the issuance of a Practical Completion letter.
Excludes delays caused by Acts of God, extreme weather, or other significant events outside of Friday Homes’ control.

The guarantee is provided under the Certified Builders Association 10-year guarantee scheme.
Applies to new builds contracted directly with Friday Homes.
Specific guarantee terms are outlined in your contract and subject to eligibility.
Guarantee does not cover work outside the contracted scope or work altered by third parties.

The Build for Less promise applies to new home builds and development projects contracted directly with Friday Homes Construction.
Savings are achieved through Friday Homes’ in-house construction teams, established supplier relationships, and absence of franchise or rebate fees. Actual savings may vary depending on design specifications, site conditions, and material selections.
The Build for Less promise applies only to quotes accepted and contracts signed.
Any price comparisons must be based on equivalent scope, specification, and materials. Friday Homes reserves the right to verify competitor quotes before confirming a price advantage.
