The easiest way for you to build and own your new home is to purchase a House & Land Package. Why not let us do all of the hard work — we consider the site location, sunshine hours, landscaping and views to design the best homes for each development — saving you time and stress.
It also means that we can begin the construction process sooner because all the preparations have already been made. It’s simple: you select the package you want from what we have available; pay the 5% to 10% deposit that’s required to secure your new home; then we work with you to confirm the details of your build.
Our consultants will help you through the process of choosing colours and selecting any upgrades on offer, then it’s over to us. Sit back and relax as your project manager keeps you up-to-date with progress via our online client management software.
Throughout your build, you’ll be invited on-site to view progess. There will also be opportunities to discuss details such as repositioning of electrical outlets, heat pump locations and landscaping. As completion nears, arrangements can be made for you to take possession of your new home and settle the balance. Once the home is complete, you’ll be invited to a final site inspection and will have 7 days to settle. At last it’s time to move in! We’ll provide you with your warrantees, manuals, keys, and a wee gift pack to enjoy with your family in your new home.
