Foundation Builders

    • Reading and implementing building plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Architectural Designer

  • As our Architectural Designer and Technician, you'll be responsible for the design and technical side of our residential projects, covering everything from feasibility through to resource and building consent documentation.

    Day to day, you'll work alongside our Development, Planning, Sales, and Construction teams, as well as external consultants, making sure projects come together well and are delivered to a standard we're proud of.

  • Your responsibilities include:

    • Preparing feasibility reports that assess planning rules, zoning, site constraints, and development potential.

    • Developing concept designs that respond to client briefs or internal development strategies, keeping constructability and compliance in mind throughout.

    • Producing technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for resource and building consent applications.

    • Ensuring all documentation meets NZ Building Code requirements, district plan rules, and local authority standards.

    • Liaising with external consultants including surveyors, planners, and structural engineers to keep submissions coordinated and on track.

    • Putting together visual materials such as renders and presentation drawings to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.

    • A tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Design, along with a current LBP licence or NZIA registration.

  • As our Truck Driver, you will play a hands-on role keeping our civil construction projects moving, transporting materials and aggregates to where they need to be, when they need to be there.

    • Transporting finished goods and raw materials over land to and from construction sites and distribution centres.

    • Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and performing preventative maintenance.

    • Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.

    • Documenting and logging work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving, and retaining fuel and toll receipts.

  • As our Digger Operator / Truck Driver, you will play a hands-on role keeping our civil construction projects moving. From operating the excavator on residential builds to transporting materials and clean fill across sites, no two days look the same.     • Operating excavation equipment to dig, scoop and move earth across residential building and landscaping sites.

    • Preparing and maintaining building sites, keeping areas as clean and tidy as possible throughout the project.

    • Transporting clean fill, dirt and aggregates to and from construction sites, including discharge to landfill.

    • Ensuring all loads comply with height, weight and width specifications at all times.

    • Travelling within speed limits with due consideration for road conditions, weather, other road users and the environment.

    • Monitoring equipment performance and raising any potential issues or hazards promptly.

    • Maintaining, cleaning and storing equipment and vehicles appropriately at the end of each working day.

    • Delivering and unloading equipment to the appropriate sites as required.

  • As our Landscaper / Gardener, you will play a hands-on role keeping our development and showhome sites looking their best, from maintaining established gardens and lawns to supporting new landscaping builds. No two days are the same, and your work will be front and centre in how our sites are presented to the world.

    • Mowing lawns and berms across development sites, including operating tractor mowers on larger sites.

    • Carrying out weed eating, weed spraying and fertilising to maintain healthy, tidy grounds.

    • Building new lawns and completing landscaping on new developments as required.

    • Pruning trees and performing general garden maintenance across all sites.

    • Maintaining showhome sites to a high standard, including washing exteriors, cleaning paths and refreshing planting when needed.

    • Operating machinery and vehicles, including general machine operation and truck driving.

    • Installing site signage and carrying out maintenance on rental sites.

    • Relevant hands-on experience in landscaping, gardening or grounds maintenance.

  • As our General Labourer, you will play a hands-on role keeping our construction and landscaping projects running smoothly, from moving materials and maintaining tidy work sites to getting stuck in wherever the team needs you most.

    • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to work sites.

    • Performing general cleaning and maintenance duties to keep work areas tidy and organised.

    • Operating hand and power tools as required to complete assigned tasks.

    • Working closely with the construction and landscaping teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.

    • Following all health and safety regulations and wearing personal protective equipment as directed.

    • Previous experience in a general labourer or construction role (advantageous but not essential).

    • The ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

    • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of manual labour.

    • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work requirements.

    • No specific educational qualifications are required, though a genuine interest in the construction industry is a bonus.
