Situated at 1 Kaitangata Crescent in popular Kelson, Manapouri Grove is a substantial development where 13 unique property designs complement the streetscape and overall vision of this project which comprises 240+ homes.
All properties are sold off the plans on a ‘turn-key’ basis meaning they are handed over to buyers fully finished including floor coverings, landscaping – even the clothesline and letterbox. All you need to do is add your window treatments.
